An upgraded subscription can be cancelled within the first 30 days. Refund request's are to be made by emailing our Billing Support team at billing@sitelio.com
Please be aware that it can take 7 to 10 working days for a refund to appear on your credit cards statement.
After 30 days, you will not be entitled to a refund as explained in our Terms Of Service.
A free domain is included as part of a 1 and 2 year subscription, If you register a free domain through us and ask to cancel your subscription before the term is completed you will be charge the full cost of the domain registration. This also includes the eCommerce service that is included in some of our subscription.
