You can link your website to your Facebook page which will then automatically connect any Facebook elements (Like Buttons, Follow Buttons, Facebook Comments, etc.) on your website to your Facebook page.
To do this:
1. Select the Manage tab on the bottom of the left side tool-bar.
2. Click the Social icon.
3. Enter your Facebook page's URL into the available field that is titled Facebook and click OK.
4. Now all your Facebook elements will be connected to your Facebook page.
