1. Select the image you want to re-size.

2. Drag the corners of the image to change it 's size.

3. Holding the SHIFT key while resizing maintains the images original proportions.

4. Holding the Alt key while resizing make the same sizing changes to the frame button opposite the one being changed (Mirror Sizing).

Additionally you can use the scale tools in the Image's style tab to make precise adjustments:
