Once you have added a data field to your menu, you will need to connect it to a style component which will display the data.
In this example we will connect the icon field to an image in the button template.
1. Select the menu and then Select a menu button, then select Edit Template in the lower setting panel.
2. Select a style component from the Add Field section of the Edit Template panel, This will automatically be connected to a data field
3. You can also add an element from the Add tab of the left tool bar and then manually connect it to a data field using the 'Bind to data field' option in the lower settings panel.
(In the example we have added an image and will bind it to the icons data field)
4. Click apply to finish, The image component will now show whatever image is chosen for each menu item's icon field.
