Applying the scroll to fixed behavior to an element will cause the element to behave as a normal element until it reaches the set distance from the top of the page, after which it will act as if it has a fixed position (not affected by the page scrolling).
To Apply this behavior:
1. Click the element that you want to apply the behavior to.
2. Click the Add Behavior button in the element's setting panel
3. Select the Scroll To Fixed Option
4. Set the desired distance from the top of the page.
