1. Select the list to which you want to add the images.
2. Click Manage on the list's lower settings menu.
3. Click the Add item button (not add data field) on the top right side of the manage menu (or on the bottom left side of the screen).
4. Edit the desired fields of the new item.
5. Click OK to accept changes.
