If your website upgrade payment is not successful, it could have been due to one of the following reasons:

  • The payment has been declined by your credit card provider.
  • The credit/debit card entered has expired or has insufficient funds.
  • The credit/debit card number is invalid, or has been reported as lost/stolen.
  • The CVV code was not entered correctly.
  • The credit/debit card is not valid for online or cross-border transactions, or transactions in a foreign currency.

To resolve the payment issue we recommend that you can:

  • Contact your bank to find out the reason the payment failed, and then, once the issue is resolved, try upgrading your website again.
  • Try upgrading again with a different credit/debit card.
