Buttons are typically a link to another webpage, website or a file download. As oppose to regular links, buttons usually have some form of response or interaction when clicked or hovered-over with the cursor.
Buttons can have behaviours set to change their appearance when activated or triggered. The uses for buttons on a website are endless and some common examples are: Video player controls, links, site navigation and gallery controls.
