At SiteBuilder we offer a free website platform, for free you can choose a template, add your content and publish your website to a sub-domain. After a few hours we hope you will have a feel of how the SiteBuilder platform works, if you then choose to upgrade all SiteBuilder banners will be removed from your website, all editor features will be unlocked and you are entitle to register a free custom domain name. All our subscriptions are set to auto-renew, if you want to change this please email us.
An upgraded subscription can be cancelled within the first 14 days. Refund requests are to be made by emailing our Billing Support team. Please be aware that it can take 7 to 10 working days for a refund to appear on your credit cards statement. After 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund as explained in our Terms Of Service.
A free domain is included as part of any subscription, if you register a free domain through us and ask to cancel your subscription before the term is completed you will be charge the full cost of the domain registration. This also includes the eCommerce service that is included in some of our subscriptions.
