You can transfer your domain from another registrar to your SiteBuilder account, what does this mean?

  1. SiteBuilder will become your domain host, so your domain renewal will be done with SiteBuilder.
  2. You will be able to access your DNS records section through your domains page.

Currently you can only transfer domains with the below TLD's:

.com, .net, .org, .co.uk, .org.uk, .biz, .info, .bid, .blue, .build, .buzz, .bz, .cc, .club. .cn.com, .co.de, .dance, .democrat, .futbol, .immobilien, .in, .in.net , .kim, .la, .me, .menu, .mn, .mobi, .name, .ninja, .pink .pw,

.red, .reviews, .shiksha, .social, .sx, .trade, .tv, .uk, .uno, .webcam, .wiki, .ws, .xxx, .xyz, .me.uk


Note: Keep in mind that due to technical limitations of our system, It is not possible to transfer domains registered with Public Domain Registry to SiteBuilder.


To transfer your domain to SiteBuilder, you will need to:

  1. Request the authorization code from your current domain registrar.
  2. Verify that any domain privacy or theft protection has been disabled and that your domain has been registered with your current domain registrar for more than 60 days.
  3. Send the following details to support@sitebuilder.com ensuring your email subject is 'Domain Transfer Request':

    • Domain name:
    • Name domain is registered in:
    • Full address registered to:
    • Email address registered to:
    • Registered telephone number:
    • EEP/Authorization/secret code:

Note: There is an admin fee associated with transferring a domain to SiteBuilder, this is a standard charge of 19.95. All domain transfers will take 2 to 5 working days to be completed from the date of transfer validation from your current domain registrar.
