You can disable the YouTube player and use your own buttons/control elements.
To do this you will need to add your own buttons,
1. Select the video, then click on Add Video Buttons.
2. Click Add Video Buttons from the Add Video Widgets menu.
3. Now choose the desired button and drop them onto your webpage.
