If you have setup an email address with Sitelio and wish to send and receive email in Mail for your iPhone or iPad then this article will help.


  1. Open the Settings App

  2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars

  3. Tap Add Account

  4. Tap Other

  5. Tap Add Mail Account

  6. Specify your Full Name as you want others to see it, your Sitelio email address, the email address password and the name you want the account to have on your device, then tap Next

  7. Ensure IMAP is selected

  8. In the Incoming Mail Server Host Name field enter imap.yourdomain.com

  9. Enter the full email address in the User Name field

  10. Enter the email address password in the password field

  11. In the Outgoing Host Name field enter smtp.yourdomain.com

  12. Enter the full email address in the User Name field

  13. Enter the email address password in the password field then tap Next

  14. Verification may take a moment and may require to tap continue on a dialogue box


Once complete, your new mailbox will appear in the Mail app and you can begin sending and receiving emails.
