We provide terms options to either be billed on a monthly basis or yearly basis. Both plans are charged automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, until you cancel your subscription or request for auto-billing to be disabled.
Please note that monthly and yearly subscription charges will be attempted 15 days before the date of your renewal date. This is purely to ensure that, if there are any problems, there is plenty of time to discuss renewal without disruption to your website. This may come as a shock on your first monthly renewal as the first renewal payment is taken half way through your first month with SiteBuilder, remember though that this only occurs this once - all future renewals will be at 30 day intervals.
If auto-billing is disabled and your site subscription fee is not paid on your renewal date, access to your site will be suspended and any published site will also be disabled.
