SiteBuilder accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit or debit cards. If your website upgrade payment is not successful, it could have been due to one of the following reasons:

  • The payment has been declined by your credit card provider
  • The credit/debit card entered has expired or has insufficient funds
  • The credit/debit card number is invalid, or has been reported as lost/stolen
  • The CVV code was not entered correctly
  • The credit/debit card is not valid for online or cross-border transactions, or transactions in a foreign currency


To resolve the payment issue we recommend that you contact your bank to find out the reason the payment failed, and then, once the issue is resolved, try upgrading your website again.
